Knect Recruiting culminates from decades of industry experience. We specialize in talent acquisition and placement of executive level candidates nationwide. With dedicated recruiters and one point of contact, we partner with our clients to enhance and complement their talent acquisition process. Over the years, our focus has been to provide Executive Search services (primarily Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources) through confidential searches and sourcing passive candidates using a contingent Direct Hire recruiting model. In response to changing talent needs, we transitioned to a hybrid RPO (“cost per service” and “cost per hire”) approach. It provides greater value and bandwidth for the talent acquisition process in addition to being more competitive in recruiting top talent for our clients in a dynamic market.
